A handful of ski resorts located in the Lake Tahoe area are once again offering an inexpensive way for never before skiers or snowboarders to try out the sport or snow skiing or snowboarding. For only $25 dollars participants can get a full day lift ticket, equipment and get a group lesson, what a great deal!

Wolf Creek plans on opening it’s doors to both skiers and snowboarders this coming Friday (October 27th) at 8:30am! This webcam shot (located at the mountain base) already shows a fair amount of snow. Colorado resorts have really been blessed these last several weeks with all this great early season snow!

View the Mary Jane ski area from this webcam, Mary Jane is geared more toward advanced and expert skiers who are looking for challengine terrain. Skiers who are more at home skiing blue and green runs should head to Winter Park instead.
