Eldora Resort Colorado Current Weather Conditions - Mountain Stats

Located just 21 miles from Boulder Colorado is the ski mountain Eldora, with such a close proximity to Boulder and Golden Colorado it is frequented often by the locals. Eldora is primarily a ski and snowboarding “day trip” resort however they also welcome cross country skiers as well as snowshoe’s.

The resort first opened in the early sixties and is famed for it’s 100% groomed run status (something no other Colorado resort can claim). Receiving an impressive 300+ inches of snow each year and offers skiers and snow boarders over 1400 vertical feet (not bad given how close El Dora is to Boulder and Golden Colorado). The resort has more than 650 acres of terrain – and features a three mile long run.

A full day of skiing at Eldora will set you back $53 dollars ($43 for a half day) for adults during the regular season, check with the resort for discounts and “pre-season” skiing at discount prices. I have never skied Eldora myself, looking at the trail map the resort seams to offer LOTS of black diamond runs as well as a fair amount of blue’s.
