Sunlight Colorado Current (Snow & Ski) Conditions - Mountain Stats

Located off of Interstate I-70 in the North West Colorado Gleenwood Springs is the gateway to some of Colorado’s most popular ski resorts like Aspen (a short drive southwest) and Vail (about an hour east). However for skiers looking to escape the crowded runs of either Aspen or Vail Sunlight has become a popular destination.

Sunlight ski are offers fun for the whole family, from long cruiser runs to one of the steepest runs in Colorado (Heathen as it is called) with a pitch of over 50° Heathen is for skiers with both ability and guts.

Ski tickets are cheaper than most resorts in Colorado, adults can ski a whole day for $45 dollars (prices as of October 2006) half day tickets are also available for $35. Kids between the ages of 6 and 12 ski for $35 (whole day) and $30 for a half day.
